Ingredients – farm fresh cassava tubers

Method of preparation:

1. First boil clean water and save some, reduce heat and temperature of the remaining water on fire by adding some fresh water.
2. Dissolve your measured cassalina – fufu powder in the warm water while stirring till lump-free dough is formed.
3. Cook and stir with moderate heat.  Add hot water from the reserved water or sprinkle in more cassalina or fufu flour to achieve desired texture.. do not over cook.

Serve hot with your preferred Nigerian dish .. yummy yummy all the way.
